How to Configure the Chatbot in Odoo?

These are the steps to configure the Chatbot:

Step-1: Click on Chat bot and say Hi it will tell you to add chatbot instance details.

Step-2: Give access permission for Chatbot to User.

Step-3: Add your credentials click on connect now.

Now again type Hi on your chatbot. It will throw message to contact your adminstrator. Then in this step you need to contact team Pragmatic Techsoft/ Pramatic Voice for further assistance.
